Correctly use the uninstalled Gdk-3.0 GIR file, and mention a few
more dependencies explicitely.

Why?  Atk/Pango already depend on e.g. GObject which in turn depends on GLib.

Those changes you mentioned are unneeded, and the use of the uninstalled Gdk GIR file is already fixed in the duped bug.
