The "send files to" and "browse files on" options are only available from the status bar icon. I use bluetooth very rarely only, and thus have that icon turned off.

It would be great if I could also do everything gnome-bluetooth can just from the preferences dialog, without the need of first activating the icon, clicking there, and turning it off again.
