Description Gendre Sébastien 2011-01-10 14:08:18 UTC
I have build the latest version of Gnome Shell from the git repo with jhbuild yesterday (9 jan 2011) but when it run the display is unusable.

It's difficult to describe so I add 3 screenshots to this report.

Known driver bug seen on Radeon hardware with Mesa 7.9 (for example Fedora 14). What I've seen myself is on the Radeon 5xx series, but it might potentially occur on other hardware sharing the same driver as well.

If you are actually using Fedora 14, the experimental rebuilds of the Fedora 15 drivers found in http://people.freedesktop.org/~ajax/f14-bling-repo/ will fix this problem.

Leaving open for duplicate collection, but driver bug, not GNOME bug
