Description Joanmarie Diggs (IRC: joanie) 2011-01-10 13:56:57 UTC
It has been brought to the attention of the Orca maintainers, that we have quite a few Orca users out there whose native language is Spanish and who lack sufficient mastery of English to participate on the existing orca-list. While we realize it is not feasible to meet the needs of all language-based user groups, we like to do what we can when we can. And given that we have active team members who are fluent in Spanish and willing to help maintain such a list, we believe we can better meet the needs of Spanish users who aren't fluent in English with the addition of a Spanish Orca list.

Requested list name: orca-es-list
