We just call packagekit's InstallPackageNames with hide-confirm-search, show-confirm-install, hide-warning; the dialogue comes from gnome-packagekit.

Got a screenshot showing the problem?

The window title says: Install additional software packages?
And the body: Aisleriot requires the installation of additional packages for the extra features.

Do you have gnome-packagekit or kpackagekit installer?
Comment 4 Javier Moreno 2011-01-09 20:45:21 UTC
No, neither of them.
Comment 5 Javier Moreno 2011-01-09 21:25:23 UTC
I've installed packagekit-gnome 2.29.2-0ubuntu3 and now I can't event see the window poping up. When I click "Install card themes..." nothing happens.

Is there any debuggging available on the console. You certainly need either of kpackagekit or gnome-packagekit installed for the additional install screen to work.
Comment 7 Javier Moreno 2011-01-10 09:26:46 UTC
With packagekit-gnome there is no output on the console.

With kpackagekit a quick "Loading cache" window pop up and after that nothing. No output on the console too.
