Description Omer Akram 2011-01-08 09:39:27 UTC
when you double click on a song in the Banshee interface and there are quite enough songs in the view that there is a scrollbar, the list jumps up or down bringing the 'playing' track to the center of the list, this jump is just awkward and sometimes involves into the playback of an unwanted track when you are switching songs quickly(with the mouse).
Comment 1 Børge / forteller 2011-01-08 16:17:11 UTC
This really annoys me too! Dev: sorry for the "me too" e-mail, but I just couldn't find anywhere to just vote for it. :/
Comment 2 Gabriel Burt 2011-01-12 23:23:50 UTC
Right, it should only jump if the song is off the screen. I'll mark as confirmed b/c of Børge.
Comment 3 André Klapper 2020-03-17 08:48:52 UTC
Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
