Patch for html.lang to enable highlighting of internal stylesheets

It is mostly copy & paste of existing configuration which allows for highlighting of embedded JavaScript.  The attached patch is made for html.lang in my local version (2.10.5, I guess).  I checked that internal stylesheet highlighting is not yet available in Git master.
