Description Emilio Pozuelo Monfort 2011-01-06 01:46:13 UTC
I've got a confused user at http://bugs.debian.org/607812 because the indentation wasn't working as he had configured it. Turns out it was because the file he was editing had a modeline:

/* -*- Mode: C; indent-tabs-mode: t; c-basic-offset: 8; tab-width: 8 -*- */

that was overriding it. This should probably be documented in the user help.
