Description Maciej (Matthew) Piechotka 2011-01-02 10:24:03 UTC
The reported error was "Failed to append to mbox://$HOME/.local/share/evolution/mail/local#Sent: Cannot get folder 'Sent': folder does not exist.
Appending to local 'Sent' folder instead.". ($HOME is not displayed but is just my $HOME).

1. There is no option to actually fix the problem
2. The message was sent so the error that it faild to sent is misleading
3. There is folder .Sent in $HOME/.local/share/evolution/mail/local/

Removing the configuration and recreating it solved the problem. I saved old enviroment if any information is needed (it contains private and/or confidential data so I cannot disclose it but I will be happy to provide needed informations).
