Well, not much more to explain.

When you select a custom color scheme, and set the background color of the selection different to the background color of the panel, the selection color isn't applied.

I've added an example screenshot.

hello guys. It's been almost 3 years now, and this bug is still here. This prevents me from using gnome-commander. Can anyone have a look at this?

Finally, this bug has been fixed in commit 10f8b27b and will go into the next bugfix release of GNOME Commander.
