Description Omer Akram 2010-12-27 19:15:29 UTC
"in "Contact List" those Individuals marked "favourite" appear twice:
* in group "Favourites"
* in original group

e.g. Martin is in group "Family", since i chat a lot with him and want to see his status at any time, i mark him as "favourite".
Now, Martin appears both in group "Family" and in group "Favourites"

This is unwanted clutter."

That's by designed. Groups are not exclusive and favorites is certainly not either.
Comment 2 Fred Nnaji 2011-01-11 03:45:27 UTC
It is good that groups are not exclusive, if that is a step towards renaming "groups" to "tags" or "labels" for better contact management. In Contact List as it currently is, this type of design contradicts the goal of keeping the list lean and simple.
