When g-s-d cannot start because of some issue, metacity keeps crashing with this:

metacity:ERROR:ui/ui.c:752:meta_ui_get_default_window_icon: assertion failed: (default_icon)

It can't find a default window icon since no icon theme is set. In such a corner case, I guess it should just use no icon, or use an icon it ships somehow instead.
