Handle .for files.

Many legacy fixed-form fortran files have an extension of ".for" instead of ".f". This should be handled by default.

Thanks, I'll include you patch in the next subversion update. 

Note that you can already use EXTENSION_MAPPING to map file with the .for extension to the Fortran parser.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.7.3. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant.
