Description Joanmarie Diggs (IRC: joanie) 2010-12-19 01:51:08 UTC
* In the GUI we talk about the "speech synthesizer"
* In the text setup we call the same thing the "speech server"
* The code mostly references "speech server"
* Most people (at least users and those in the "blindness biz")
  say "speech synthesizer"

We should make up our minds one way or the other and be consistent.

(My vote is for synthesizer.)

Note to Ale: Let's keep this in mind as we start ripping apart things during the refactor.

I took another (closer, less hurried) look at this. Actually the speech system is not the same as the speech synthesizer. Anyhoo, it still needs clarifying and the gui setup and text setup should be brought more into alignment.
