Description darmon.xavier 2010-12-18 20:19:12 UTC
Created attachment 176676 [details]
csv file (frech zip codes)

I tried to import the attached file.

All fields in the destination table are text.
At the 16'421 line the dialog reports a successful importation. My file has 32250 entries.
I realized that (like in the last resulting record) that the last field got concatenated data from above lines.

I know I don't run the last build, but the last CSV import bug has bee solved in the 1.12 build.

In 1.16.1 FC 14 the same.

change to NEW.

Confirmed with git master. It stops for me at exactly the same row number. I am investigating.
Comment 3 Murray Cumming 2011-02-26 19:19:22 UTC
This is now fixed in the master branch:
http://git.gnome.org/browse/glom/commit/?id=a71bce96e238d7785cefce8fb200a57ba1dee98f

And I made that change in the 1.16 and 1.18 branches too. I'll make tarball releases soon.

It was actually skipping several rows every now and then, rather than just stopping at a certain row. Many thanks for reporting this with an example file. It took me ages to fix it, but I'm glad that I had the chance.
