Description Kjartan Maraas 2010-12-16 16:00:37 UTC
I started up evo 2.91.x for the first time yesterday and was faced with a dialog asking me whether I wanted to migrate my account to using maildir instead of mbox. Since I didn't have enough space to keep two copies of my mail I canceled the dialog and hoped I would be asked again next time I started Evolution, but this was not the case.

I think the user should get this dialog every time Evolution is started if the migration hasn't been done. Also, upon canceling the migration Evolution should be left as it was without adding the new maildir account at all.

I also noticed that maildir doesn't support dots in folder names and creates a hierarchy of folders for a folder named "8.0" for example. This should be handled by substituting the dot with something that is supported.
