Description Matthias Clasen 2010-12-09 18:04:59 UTC
The speaker setup dialog has some issues in the new shell:

- it should be modal and parented to the shell, I think

- it has not way of closing it (short of the titlebar menu)

Fix up issues with the speaker test dialog

Set a parent on the dialog, and add a close button.
Also hide the resize grip (even though that should happen automatically).
