The documentation for GFileAttribute [1] contains the following sentence.

Keys are strings that contain a key namespace and a key name, separated by
a colon, e.g. "namespace:keyname".
^^^^^^^                 ^

Should be two colons, ::.

Also, later in Table 2, column header Namespace:Key should probably have 2 colons as well.
