Description Robb Surridge 2010-12-06 14:22:40 UTC
I use DISTRIBUTE_GROUP_DOC with enumerations as follows:

enum Foo
{
    ReferenceValueId = 0,                               //!< A baseline value
    //@{
    //! Required value.
    SomeValueId,
    SomeOtherValueId,
    AnotherValueId,
    //@}
    //@{
    //! Optional value.
    AnOptionalValueId,
    AnotherOptionalValueId,
    ...
    //@}
}

In previous versions (1.6.1 for sure) this resulted in the descriptions getting automatically copied for each of the individual enum values. This no longer works in version 1.7.1. Only the value that has the documentation blurb gets included in the documentation (i.e. SomeValueID and AnOptionalValueID in the example above).
Comment 1 Dimitri van Heesch 2011-01-02 13:20:06 UTC
Confirmed. Should be fixed in the next release.
Comment 2 Dimitri van Heesch 2011-01-03 19:01:47 UTC
This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.7.3. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant.
