Description Glad 2010-12-05 09:38:15 UTC
Is it possible to include a press and hold key for the time duration when applying subtitles such as in the DixLand Subtitler programs. (which is only available for windows as it requires media player and does not function with wine)

This feature allows correct timing placing when applying created subtitles to videos. The Gnome Subtitler is very good but the timings are unreliable.

Thank you

Hi,

Gnome Subtitles already has this feature in version 1.1. Which distribution are you using?
Comment 2 Glad 2010-12-05 20:29:53 UTC
I'm using version 1.0-1 (gnome-subtitles) on ubuntu Maverick
Comment 3 Pedro Castro 2010-12-05 20:43:12 UTC
Very good, 1.1 isn't in the main Ubuntu repositories yet, but you can install it from a PPA, as instructed here:
