On which of the left-hand panes did you click on the src folder? File or Project?

You are also using a very old version of anjuta (2.30.1) and should really update to the latest stable version (2.32.1).

Thanks for reporting this bug. According to the stack trace, I think it is a duplicate of #633018. You can look at that bug to get more informations. It should be possible to avoid these crashes by disabling windows and buttons sound effect.
