Nautilus-sendto is now in-tree in nautilus >=2.91.1 and therefore empathy should remove the dependency on nautilus-sendto and bump the dep requirement on nautilus to >=2.91.1.

The only pc file in nautilus is libnautilus-extension.pc. Should I check for that?

Huh, what?

nautilus-sendto isn't in-tree to nautilus. Just the nautilus extension moved to nautilus.
