Small documentation addition

For me, it wasn't obvious that the entry can be accessed with gtk_bin_get_child() so I added sentence to the docs. However, I am not really satisfied with the wording as I am not a native speaker so feel free to improve it.

This was discussed in bug #612396 , but there is not a final decission. Could you add your patch there?
