Description David Nielsen 2010-11-25 16:45:03 UTC
The audiobook source sync for all DAPs won't work, firstly you can't create playlists to sync from[1]. Secondly selecting Sync all regardless of the device (tested N900 Usb Mass Storage and iPod 5.5G) will result in nothing but Banshee skipping the source entirely, in the case of the N900 the syncing progress bar will appear but no files will be transcoded and transfered.

To reproduce:
1) add files to Audiobook source
2) plug in DAP
3) select Sync all in DAP settings for Audiobooks
4) hit sync

Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
See https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/issues/264 for more info.
