I figured this would be a running bug for the time being to track this work and I will just attach patches as I make them here.

Replaces OptionMenus with Gtk.ComboBox

Changes the look of the edit tag dialog a bit (the tag names have their images with them) but I can either rework that or we can not worry about it for now.

The tag icons look enormous, which is a bit ugly, but atleast we've gotten rid of OptionMenu. Merging.
