Description halol 2010-11-21 14:14:03 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

Create a scheduled transaction using the "Mortage & Loan Repayment..." druid, with a start date in the past (let's say 6 months ago).

For example:
amount: 100 000
rate: 4.0
lenght: 120
start date: 2 June 2010

Monthly repayment, starting on the 1st of June (there is a small bug if the start date is the same than the date of the first repayment, at least on the review screen - but that's not the point here).

The review shows a correct schedule, with a first payment of 679.12 + 333.33 = 1012.45, etc.

Close Gnucash, reopen it and check the transactions created:
- the total amount is correct.
- but the principal is 692.81
- and the interest is 319.64

Not quite the same than shown on the review...

I believe that the problem comes from the fact that multiple transactions are created at once (to cover for the last 6 months) instead of being created in sequence and therefore that the formula is no longer using the correct values.

This doesn't seem to happen when the transactions are created one at a time.

Thanks!
