Description Johannes Schmid 2010-11-13 17:25:51 UTC
Steps to reproduce:
* Start shell
* Goto Overview
Expected: Overview to be shown on first monitor
Result: "Dash" is shown on second monitor (with "Windows" and "Applications" and the search entry. Rest of overview is shown on first monitor

* Goto Overview again
Expected: see above
Result: Dash is shown on first monitor but the windows aren't shown at all anymore. Applications are shown though.

This is F14 with latest git (branch: overview-relayout) and radeon drivers. Dual monitor setup with two 1600x1080 screens.

Can you test again with the updated branch?
Comment 2 Johannes Schmid 2010-11-15 23:04:22 UTC
Thanks, it works now. It is still very slow in the overview itself but that is probably another issue and I guess it's better to wait for the merge with master before complaining about performance.
