debug logs

My "Boston summit" timeline causes pitivi to hang at random places during rendering. This happens no matter what the resolution, no matter the codec (tried with ogg{theora+vorbis} and mkv{x264enc+aac}).

Various logs/traces seem to indicate that gst is unable to create additional threads... but this doesn't seem to be a memory usage problem at first glance, since only ~300-600 MB of RAM are used by pitivi (out of 4 GB). I never go over 50% memory usage.

However, the render works without any problems if you do it from the commandline:

bin/pitivi --no-ui --render foo.mkv "Snowy hackfest and Boston Summit 2010.xptv"
