We should probably mockup how the window titlebar menu should look and behave in GNOME 3. It is currently shown when right clicking on the window titlebar or is commonly bound to Alt+Space.

An odd thing about the menu when invoked by alt+space is that it shows up where the Icon window menu commonly is positioned (at the left top corner of the window).

Can the Title Bar be made to behave like Google Chrome's? A setting right-click setting would allow the user to hide the Title Bar (in order to save space)?

Somewhat related to this is the tooltip(s) on window buttons. They are currenly rendered in non-shell-style like the menu. In fact it doesn't even get the default Adwaita tooltip styling, but instead gets the same color as the window title bar background...

This hasn't got attention in a while. Let's file a new bug once we have a new design for window menus.
