"Contacts in "Contact List", manually marked "Favourite" by the user, should support "show when offline".
This way, i can always see them, whether they are offline, invisible to others or online."

"I would absolutely love this feature. The inability to show only specific users when they are offline is one of the very few reasons I have stuck with Pidgin. Particularly with the Favourite option, this could be a superb addition. If not globally, perhaps a preferences option of "Show favourites when offline.""
