Hallo, volume control is out of window and causes problems
Comment 1 Bertrand Lorentz 2010-11-01 18:51:01 UTC
Thank you for your bug report.

This only happens when the volume is low, because the slider is positioned so that the current position is under the mouse. This allows to change the volume with one click and drag action.

The volume slider in Totem behaves differently : it is always completely visible.
We probably should also do that.
Comment 2 Pavol Klačanský 2010-11-01 19:11:58 UTC
I hope, you fix it, and there is another problem, banshee don't regulate its volume, but some internal volume of it

Look at sound manager and you will see diff between totem and banshee

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.

As part of bug #681062, I've committed a patch that makes Banshee use the standard GTK VolumeButton widget. This should fix this issue, as the scale is now positioned by GTK and not by Banshee anymore.
