Description Akhil Laddha 2010-10-26 07:56:06 UTC
evolution 2.91.2

I have a folder with child folder. When i rename parent folder, child folder disappears. Then i restart evolution. Later i see the original folder which i renamed, is still there with it's sub folder and the renamed folder has been shown separately. So looks like instead of renaming the original folder, it has created a new folder.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new bug report ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
