Description J. Félix Ontañón 2010-10-23 15:51:48 UTC
Dear maintainers,

I'd like to request the addition of wiican to gnome's bugzilla database.

Wiican assists to setup the wiimote under the gnome desktop, create and share mappings. It also provides a d-bus API, so third apps could make use of wiimote easily. I think wiican fits as a python-coded gnome desktop strait-forward app.

The plan it's to request a gnome mailing list and git repository too, so it will be nice to start filling bugs in gnome's bugzilla instead the current launchpad project hosting [1].

The current version 0.3.1 [2] stands for bugfixing, documentation and better gnome desktop integration, over the previous 0.3.0 (released in August) with a feature freeze.

Thanks for your work.

Done.

I've set you as the maintainer.
You (and any other developer of the product) can maintain the product here

 http://bugzilla.gnome.org/editproducts.cgi?action=edit&product=wiican

Adjust it to your liking. You need to add at least one component (e.g.
'general') before new bugs can be filed. For any new component use

 wiican-maint@gnome.bugs

as QA and default assignee.
Important: Anyone interested in following all bug activity
(including all maintainers) must watch above dummy user by adding
it to the 'users to watch' list under Preferences->Email preferences.
