When I reply to a message, a small arrow is added to the icon of the replied message. It would be nice if clicking the arrow we could be redirected to the reply message.

The column is used to indicate whether a message is unread or not (indicated by the envelope icon with a yellow star in the column header).

Why not add another column? Or a button in the toolbar. Anyway, how can I find the reply of a message?
