Description Matt Griffin 2010-10-22 00:13:12 UTC
Rhythmbox should support a little more intelligence for albums where artist is typically 'Various Artists' like soundtracks or greatest hits releases.

I suggest that Rhythmbox look in the ID3 value of the song to determine if it's
a compilation or the genre is soundtrack. Then have an artist name of
'Compilation' at the top of the browser user interface to show all albums that
fit this criteria. Perhaps there might be a enable/disable compilations in the
application preferences.

Should probably add 'Compilation' to the ID3 list in the file properties window
as well. Genre is already there.
