Both in my previous and new laptop banshee never seems to recognize SD card in integrated card reader unlike Rhythmbox.This problem has been filed before too

Why did you file it again?  Is it somehow different than bug #581018?

No, it is not much different from bug #581018 but i felt that the previous one was filed an year ago and was for an older version.

Ok, instead of filing a new bug I'll update the version on that one.  The version isn't that important -- it really indicates what version the reporter was using, not anything else.
