gweather needs to allow user-defined url for retrieving radar maps. The
default always grabs an image dated Jan.2001. I fixed weather.c by using
this as the url:

http://image.weather.com/web/radar/us_%s_ultraradar_medium_usen.jpg
where %s == loc(3 letter code from Locations file).

User-defined urls would be better, since there are many maps to choose from.
