recieve sgmentaion fault  that says process 1206 has crashed due to a fatal error. This is teh third time it has done so. Each time I have reintalled Linux becuase I do not know how to get the panel back. Once it crashes it never comes back on subsequent reboots. Any ideas would be geratly appreciated.

>How-To-Repeat:
I shut down using the reboot button in the gui interface. I have Redhat 7.2 start in text mode. type startx and when it is loading it says panel crashed. That's it... Then I do not know how to get the panel to come back.

Please try the latest (1.4.x) version of gnome-core and gnome-libs
from http://download.gnome.org/ Contact me if you need RPMS.
