- corrected a sequence of tenses error in ch_oth_assets.xml
- added references to chapters 15 and 16 missing from ch_oview.xml
- corrected xml errors concerning use of '&app;' in 2 different places

file of fixes is attached and is named 'changes.patch'.

Can I close this bug or does it take a developer to do so?  If I can close it, how do I do that?

Also changed version from  blank to 2.2.x

I've just marked it as resolved--fixed. I think people need BugZilla permissions to change bug statuses, I got mine shortly after I got permission to commit directly to the documentation repository.
