Logging in to https://www.mystaplespanel.com/Portal/p.aspx does not trigger Epiphany's (2.30.6) "save password?" bar.  Most other sites work.

Does this still happen for you in Epiphany 3.6? Could it be bug #670065 ?

It was a different from bug #670065. I am no longer using Epiphany, and my distro (Gentoo) does not support 3.6 yet, so I am unable to test.
