I'm trying to use Typing Break in Fedora 13 x86_64 with my laptop and additional display.
display geometry: 1440x900 - laptop LCD (main)
1280x1024 - additional LCD display

also there is nvidia 8400GS with nouveau driver:
Name : xorg-x11-drv-nouveau
Arch : x86_64
Epoch : 1
Version : 0.0.16
Release : 8.20100423git13c1043.fc13

Logical display is extended to both physical displays (as TwinView and similar). So it looks for apps as one large desktop.

The issue is in the geometry of the "lock screen" - it appears on second monitor, but a rectangle has size of laptop's display (which is smaller) and seems to be there is an image from it. So, Typing break takes screenshot from main display, adds some transparent rectangle on top of it and paints image from the right top corner of "whole" display, but it is located on another physical display. See images to see how it looks.
