Description Reiner Prokein 2010-10-12 11:33:58 UTC
Windows XP SP3, Gimp 2.6.11

Since a pretty while, introduced with Gimp 2.6.8 from what i remember, i get bugged by a gegl-0.0 folder that gets created in my My Documents folder by Gimp. This is bad behaviour. Working with Gimp always ends in cleaning up the gegl-0.0 folder nowadays after every session. Dozens of times a day when things went worse. And from time to time this folder even makes it into my backups too. Which is not funny. This folder disturbs.

Folders that are needed by Gimp should not be created in the My Documents folder. There is the Application Data directory for that purpose. Or the Shared Documents folder when everything else fails.

Could somebody of you devs please have a look at this issue and fix it?
