Description Stormy Peters 2010-09-22 00:28:27 UTC
We have CiviCRM installed on gnome.org. I would like to integrate our Paypal account with it. However, I'm afraid to just try the scripts in case it dumps a lot of random (and wrong) data into CiviCRM. Or messes up the permissions and exposes a lot of data. I'd like to have a test install that is as identical as possible to our current install where I can play with things.

I have begun work on this.

crm-test.gnome.org is available, but I've run into a compatibility issue between the latest civicrm module and our php installed version.

..still working on it.

crm-test.gnome.org is available with the civicrm plugin enabled.

an account for stormy has been created (did you get an email with account information?)

let me know what more needs done..

does this still need attention? Perhaps be reassigned? The site and plugin have been available for almost three months now... I'll close on my next bug audit if there is no further progress.

It's still needed. We need to figure out how to integrate the Paypal data into CiviCRM and better to do that on a test install.

Jeff S. offered to help. I was also looking into a consulting company in India that could easily do this for us.

Rosanna is working on this ...

So I guess this is not NEEDINFO but ASSIGNED then :)

civicrm is currently being hosted at www.gnome.org through a wordpress plugin. No point in keeping this bug open anymore.
