THere actually is no such thing as a "dynamic APN", this simply means to use the APN settings stored in the phone itself.  Unfortunately, those settings are often wrong (especially if you have used more than one SIM card in the phone previously, or bought the phone second-hand, or haven't used Optimus/Kanguru with a specific phone or device before).  So we need to figure out what the APN really should be.

Best info I can find is:

which lists 3 hopefully current APNs.  Given those 3, what should we call them?
