Trivial fix

Currently, in the evolution-settings window there is a button to modify the existing accounts. The text of this button (Modify %s...) is only partially marked for translation, thus it makes it impossible to reorder the %s and the Modify word's translation, which would be needed for my language. Attached patch fixes this.

Thanks!  Patch committed for 2.31.92 with string freeze break approval from the gnome-i18n team.
