Incorrect position of textbox while adding new IRC server

This bug has been reported here:

https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/617509

1. Go to Edit - Accounts
2. Create a new IRC account
3. Click on a plus icon in Network icon
4. Click "Add" button

Result: textbox for new server is slightly moved to the left - see attached screenshot

Expected Result: textbox position is correct

Note, that position is incorrect for the first server only

A valid concern but I have no idea how to do that in GTK+.
