Description Vish 2010-08-31 18:18:54 UTC
Bug first reported in lp:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-bluetooth/+bug/615793

"I recently sent 11 photos from my Nexus One to my Ubuntu 10.04 laptop. All 11 files were sent successfully, but afterwords I had 11 annoying dialogs stacked up in the center of my screen. The responsible piece of software should use notify-osd instead of persistent dialogs."

mpt suggested:
Should use a normal window, as shown in <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotificationDesignGuidelines#Normal%20window>.

This might very well be due to a change in Ubuntu due to the notify-osd, but Forwarding this issue here since , this change might be something which would benefit GNOME as well.

That's not how the upstream version works.
