GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 628249
crash in Epiphany: I was at <http://code.go...
Last modified: 2010-08-29 16:00:37 UTC
Version: 2.30.2 What were you doing when the application crashed? I was at <http://code.google.com/p/gedit-line-ending-style-plugin> and I clicked "Sign in" at the top right to sign into my Google Account. The Google Project Hosting login page loaded, the cursor was in the e-mail field (this and the password field were both blank), and Epiphany immediately crashed. Looking through the stack trace, it appears that Epiphany attempted to retrieve my login credentials from gnome-keyring, but I hadn't entered my keyring password yet in that GNOME session, so I don't think that that request succeeded. Normally I would see a dialog asking me to unlock my 'default' keyring, but this did not occur.
