Why is this a problem? Here's what I'm trying to do:

I have an active play list for all tracks with no rating. I am playing tracks from this list and rating them as I go. When I rate a track it no longer qualifies for the play list and playback is interrupted.

I think that a good solution to this would be simply to add 'Currently Playing' as a criteria for automatic play lists.
