ODF recommends:
"It is recommended to include an image representation of the object into the frame in addition to the object itself."
This implies that we should ignore them if we can render the initial object. We don't do that. As a consequence we create multiple sheet objects (ie. a graph, and additional images of that graph) when a sdingle object would suffice.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
